Gemma Webb is an Irish national living in Romania, She was CEO for British American Tobacco Romania for 6 years, one of Romania’s biggest multinational companies. Currently is running her own Business Performance Enhancement Consultancy. Gemma was a founding member of RIBA in 2014 and board member for many years.
