6 – Nations History
The Six Nations Championship is the oldest rugby championship in the world, dating back to 1882. Originally held between the four “Home” countries: England, Scotland, Wales and Ireland, France joined in 1910 and Italy joined in 2000.
How will last year’s Grand Slam winners, Ireland, fare this year?
For the 4th successive year, the hugely entertaining 6-Nations Rugby Championship finale will be held in the JW Marriott Bucharest Grand Hotel on Saturday 16th March. The first match, Italy - France at 14:30 will be followed by the mouth watering Wales - Ireland fixture at 16:45 and finally the Calcutta Cup fixture, England - Scotland at 19:00.
Tickets, priced at 180 RON, will include admission, 3 Buffet meals and 6 beer tokens, kindly sponsored by Ursus, Guinness and Peroni.

12:00 PRE-MATCH RECEPTION and DRINKS
*A traditional social time in the SPORTS BAR, accompanied by music to begin your sports day in style and relaxation.
*The bar, sponsored by Ursus, Guinness and Peroni, serving free beer with tokens, will remain open throughout the day until late into the night so that we can begin the 17th March, St. Patrick’s Day with a toast.
